Located within the boutique hotel La Posada, La Posá is a restaurant nestled between the walls of the historical Moorish Funduk and the future extension of the building. It occupies a transitional space — a threshold where Andalusian heritage meets a contemporary architectural language.
Organized around the second patio of the hotel, introduced as part of the contemporary intervention, La Posá unfolds in a semi-open and open-air setting. This central void, finished in distinctive terracotta and adorned with a vertical garden, offers a breath of fresh air within the dense fabric of the historic center. Archaeological remains uncovered on-site are displayed in one of the restaurant’s dining rooms.
